Mares

Karlena Farms has spent the last 15 years hand selecting each and every one of these mares in our pasture. We strive for winning show quality foals from each of these mares. Each mare in our herd has a World or National title. It only makes sense to have a winning mare produce a winning foal!

The epitome of the versatility of a high quality miniature! Foxy has been the perfect addition I was looking for. She can go win a halter class, then harness up and go unanimously win a driving class! She is such a fun show horse with so much presence.

2026 was Foxy’s last year of showing for us, as she transitions into a prized broodmare as her next roll where I believe she will knock our socks off yet again! Very excited to cross some famous Billy Idol/Nighhawk bloodlines

We are very excited to announce a new addition to our broodmare band! Cali Has been a very special broodmare for Hunterberry Hill Farm, so we were very excited to receive the opportunity to scoop her up and turn her into a Canadian girl!

Cali has produced not 1 but 2 World Champion offspring for the Rowland sisters, so I am excited to see what the future will hold for her here!

Cali is bred to WORLD SUPREME HALTER HORSE Rivenburghs Jess Let Me Impress for a 2027 foal. As this combo has knocked it out of the park on two different occasions!

Moonie is a recent addition! When I watched her on the livestream of the 2025 AMHA World Show, I knew she would make an exceptional addition to the breeding program. So I begged and pleaded for her breeder to sell her! It took some convincing of course as they wanted to keep her as much as I wanted to buy her!!

Welcome to Canada Moonie!
